After nearly 11 months of use, and generally favorable of the bag. However, one of the connector loops for the shoulder strap suddenly broke and upon closer inspection was not really well made. I was happy that the company honored a 12-month warranty, but honestly, I would assume that for a premium bag not only would the warranty be longer but the replacement process would be much cleaner. They required me to ship the bag first before they would replace. This is obviously problematic for a work bag that I use daily and will have nothing in the interim. Furthermore, they expected me to maintain the original box that it was shipped in to be able to ship back to them, which after 11 months is obviously an unrealistic expectation. The responses I received from their customer service were inconsistent and unhelpful. Overall, this process has left me feeling like this company is just a facade drop shipped bag maker and you may want to consider other premium options.

This is a high quality, well thought out and beautifully designed briefcase. Plenty of space inside for a laptop, notebooks and chargers. Have to say, whomever designed and this bag needs recognising for their great skill. Very well made from the leather, to the stitching and on. Perhaps I am shallow, but this gives me a confidence boost.

When I bought this organiser, I wasn't sure if all my wires, adaptors and small electronic bits would fit. It turned out to be roomier than I expected. The internal compartments are very helpful in dividing my otherwise messy collection of small electronic bits. The outside look is elegant, and the leather feels very nice.

Buying this bag over the internet without being able to feel the product or see the size was a bit awkward, but I took a leap of faith. This bag didn't disappoint. The bag is awesome. I have found the shoulder strap slightly a bit short even when fully extended as it still sits quite high on my waist when over my shoulder. I was surprised at how long the bag was but have gotten used to it now. The inside pockets a deep and therefore when small items are placed in them it can be difficulty to get them out. however hopefully with more use they will loosen up.

I like the bag, it looks great, but i feel that the zippers used are not the best quality. Also one of the two zippers are not aligned straight so I have to make sure it aligns when I close or open the zipper.

I’ll lead with this bag gave me everything I needed from it. The size is perfect, I can’t overpack it, enough zippable pockets internally where I can keep things safe. The sneaky pocket under the flap is my favorite thing I didn’t know I was getting. It’s great for tossing things in that I’m going to grab a regularly. The material is great, the straps are so comfortable & the it looks good enough to use as a work bag. My only qualm is that the photos show the elastic bands sewn inside the bag holding AirPods & a phone, & that is wholly not possible. Those were a definite selling point for me, which sucks to not have. Overall, the bag is worth it & delivers as I need it to. Just a few perks I had expected that I would have loved to have had pan out.
