Good bag overall. The size is great, and it looks really nice. Stylish but still practical. I also like the number of compartments because it makes it easy to keep things organised.
A couple of small design things though:
The top section tends to collapse a bit when the bag isn’t full, which makes the shape look a little flat. The front pocket is also quite narrow, so if you put anything slightly bulky in there, it sticks out, and the zip can sometimes catch. There are hidden pockets, but they’re quite small. My wallet doesn’t really fit, so I end up keeping it in the main compartment instead.
On the plus side, the separate laptop compartment is great. It keeps the laptop protected, and it’s easy to get in and out without digging through the rest of the bag.
