The product itself was absolutely fantastic and would recommend. Highly pleased. However have spent about £60 on postage, as ordered one product as a present , had to swap for another, and also pay for the returns label. Would prefer a better system with this and for returns but 10/10 for the bag itself

I searched for months for a replacement bag, and this one is 99% perfect. It's an excellent bag. Great compartments. Great style. I just wish it had an external water bottle holder. But even without, it's outstanding. Very happy with my purchase.

Bag was damaged. Leather on side had a crack & when i showed to customer service, they said it is minor leather wear & tear. Avoid. Use some other brand if you are already paying a premium price.

This is my second backpack from Maverick and one of many products I've bought. Like the other bags and accessories I've bought, this is very well made and well designed. It doesn't look bulky but it contains a lot of space. I can fit my laptop, ipad, a pair of shoes, etc and without it bulking out. It's also very light. I actually bought one for my partner and loved it so much I bought one for myself.
