What is your return policy?

If you change your mind for any reason, you may return the items within 30 days of receiving the order provided that they are unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with the original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible of the shipping charge for change-of-mind returns.

We are vigilant about product quality, but occasionally something might fall through the cracks. If your product is defective or incorrect order is shipped, send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping).

Please keep in mind that personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Step 1

If you have unwrapped the product, please remove the tissue wrap thoroughly.

Step 2

Take the required photos below for a smooth handling process.

Step 3

Submit the return application on Return Center (the next page).

It will take 2-4 business days for our support to check your application.

A notification email will be sent to you right after approval.

Step 4

Put the all the product parts back into the bag.

For briefcase and weekender, please ensure the shoulder strap is placed inside the bag.

Step 5

Pack the returned item in the way it comes, following the instructions below.

Inner Packaging

Briefcase
(without cardboards)

Pack the handles facing up and wrapped with the hook-and-loop fastener.

Briefcase
(with cardboards)

Place the hard cardboards under the handles for both sides.

Backpack

Place the hard cardboard under the shoulder straps.

Outer Packaging

Dust Bag

Put the product inside the dust bag.

Packaging Box

Pack everything inside the packaging box.

Step 6

Print out your order confirmation email, then put it inside the box.

Or mark a note with your name, contact number, order number and RMA number on paper.

Step 7

Following the return address provided in email, ship the package with courier or the post.

Provide us with the return tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.

You will receive an email as soon as we receive, examine and approve the return.
