How do I keep the leather nice and clean?

Nothing makes us happier than to hear our customers cherishing our leather items. Our leather goes shinier with time but occasional cares with leather balm can keep it in its best shape. In case of stains or dust, we advise to clean them with soft damp cloth and let dry naturally.

Are the leather products resistant to water?

No worries – It is totally ok if you got droplets on our leather item, just wipe it away according to our master instructions to maintain its nice finish. Prevent prolonged contact with water to make the leather lasts.

What are the differences between leather and nylon products?

While our products are all stylish and durable regardless of the material, there are some points you may want to consider before you make your decision. Generally, leather products can last decades and age beautifully. On the other hand, nylon is a more lightweight and flexible alternative.

Do you ship to my country?

Maverick customers live all across the globe, so we ship to all countries worldwide.

How long does it take to ship my order?

We make every effort to ship out your order on the next working day. Shipping time varies depends on the destination. We will send you an email with tracking number after the shipment leaves the warehouse. In most circumstances, delivery time should be as follows:

US, Europe, Australia 5 - 10 business days
Elsewhere 5 - 14 business days
For US and Australia, you can upgrade to ship with DHL to receive it in 3-7 business days. The actual shipping estimation time might vary and will be shown in the checkout page.

How much should I pay for the shipping?

We are committed to bring you excellent products with the best price. Therefore, we sponsor most of the delivery cost so you only need to pay a bit extra. Taxes and duties are covered in some regions. In most of the case, deliveries cost should be as follows:

Do I need to pay duties and taxes?

Some countries may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for imports. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. Since the charges vary from time to time, we will notify you about whether we are paying the tax at the checkout page. For further details, please contact your local Customs office directly.

I have entered a wrong shipping information, what should I do?

If you need to change anything about your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make any changes. Please also note that changes could possibly lead to certain shipping delay.

How can I track my package’s location and status?

You can easily track your package once it has been shipped. You will receive an email with tracking number after the shipment leaves the warehouse. If you need any precise update about your package, it will be the best to call the courier directly.

I have entered the correct tracking information, why I still can’t track my package?

We send email with tracking link and number only after confirming the shipment has left the warehouse. It might take some time for the express couriers to recognize the shipment and upload the relevant information to the database. If you are still unable to track the shipment after certain time, contact us and we are happy to help.

Why my package is delayed?

We promise to ship out every order in a timely manner. In some occasions, public holidays could lead to slight delays. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes/ APO/ FPO?

Unfortunately, our courier is not able to deliver to these addresses.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept payments in multiple currencies via American Express, Mastercard, PayPal and Visa.

Can I change or cancel my existing order?

If you need to change anything about your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we might not be able to make any changes.

I can’t find any order confirmation. What should I do?

Normally, a confirmation email will be sent right after you pay your order successfully. Please ensure a correct email address is entered and double check the spam box. Contact us if you cannot receive any confirmation.

How do I ensure the payment is secure?

We value our customers’ privacy just as much as you do. Transaction information and your credit card details will be encrypted, and nothing can be examined, used or modified by third parties.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy?

If you change your mind for any reason, you may return the items within 30 days of receiving the order provided that they are unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with the original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible of the shipping charge for change-of-mind returns.

We are vigilant about product quality, but occasionally something might fall through the cracks. If your product is defective or incorrect order is shipped, send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping).

How do I apply for a return?

To apply a return, please email support@maverickandco.co. Our staff will get back to you within 1-2 working days.

How long do I have to make a return?

You have 30 days to make a return, starting from the date of receiving the item(s).

How much does a return cost?

Return is free of charge in the 30-day return period. However, shipping charges will not be covered. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

How long does it take to proceed a return?

It takes around 7 business days to process on our end, and credit card refund takes up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

How will I receive the refund?

Refunds will be sent to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
