Broken zipper

The backpack I received was unusable, as the zipper was not actually attached in a usable manner. Further, there were scuff marks on the outside of the bag -- it did not look new. I put in a return request, but it has been 12 days and I have not heard back yet. This backpack is a gift and I hope to get this issue resolved soon. The bag itself is nice - looks good, has room for both a laptop and a tablet, has nice pockets inside and out. It is smooth and professional looking. It just needs to be able to actually zip up. I recently sent a follow up email - If I should hear back from the company in a timely manner, I will likely submit another (hopefully better) review.

バックパックの上部収納部分のマグネットの剥離とファスナーの破損のため、一年間の無料補償で交換しました。保証対応は、とても丁寧で早かったですが、返送料が戻ってきていません。また、新しく届いたバッグも、上部収納部分の補強がなくなって仕様変更されているようで、荷物を入れてバッグを背負うと、上部収納の蓋がすぐに開いてしまいます。形とサイズ感が気に入って購入しましたがとても残念です。
