I wish it had more characters so a person could add their full name for example incase of a loss of the baggage or any other emergencies.
Also some cultures have long names that won’t fit the options of characters you offer.

The bag is very beautiful, the material is nice, and it’s practical for packing! Based on the pictures, I thought it would be a bit sturdier, but that might be due to my lack of knowledge about materials—especially when it comes to bags. The issue was with the packaging. Unfortunately, the box was dented and compressed on one side, which caused the bag to become deformed. In the future, I would suggest a more robust packaging method to avoid this problem. It was quite disappointing to see such a beautiful item in this condition upon receiving it.

Briefcase is very high quality and fits a large amount of everyday essentials as well as room for come and go items when needed (overnight toiletries/electronic devices/small hand tools). Every person who has seen my briefcase has complimented its appearance and unique factor as they are not sold in stores near me. I highly recommend this briefcase to any man that needs a bag that looks more professional than a backpack, and would like storage space between a small briefcase (imagine metal briefcase size) and a small duffle bag. Overall is nice, but the RFID protect feature create inconvenience. I have to put my Octupus card at the back where there is not card slot because it is the only place the card can be detected by machine without taking out the card.
