The product looks nice overall, but it has a flaw in the little details. The shoulder pads have this not too premium foam that makes them feel cheap when you wear them.

Suggestions, the laptop slot velcro tongue prefer showed as the laptop hangs loose. Also the back slot for attaching to a trolley is too wide, not settle well on top of the luggage.

The shoulder straps of this backpack could be far more comfortable considering the price point. My previous backpack was a Samsonite Openroad, and that is my basis for comparison. Their shoulder straps are far more cushioned and comfortable. I would rate this a 5 star product if it weren’t for the straps.
