    Shoulder straps are not comfortable enough

    The shoulder straps of this backpack could be far more comfortable considering the price point. My previous backpack was a Samsonite Openroad, and that is my basis for comparison. Their shoulder straps are far more cushioned and comfortable. I would rate this a 5 star product if it weren’t for the straps.
