    After nearly 11 months of use, and generally favorable of the bag. However, one of the connector loops for the shoulder strap suddenly broke and upon closer inspection was not really well made. I was happy that the company honored a 12-month warranty, but honestly, I would assume that for a premium bag not only would the warranty be longer but the replacement process would be much cleaner. They required me to ship the bag first before they would replace. This is obviously problematic for a work bag that I use daily and will have nothing in the interim. Furthermore, they expected me to maintain the original box that it was shipped in to be able to ship back to them, which after 11 months is obviously an unrealistic expectation. The responses I received from their customer service were inconsistent and unhelpful. Overall, this process has left me feeling like this company is just a facade drop shipped bag maker and you may want to consider other premium options.

    I like the bag, it looks great, but i feel that the zippers used are not the best quality. Also one of the two zippers are not aligned straight so I have to make sure it aligns when I close or open the zipper.
