Shoulder straps are not comfortable enough

The shoulder straps of this backpack could be far more comfortable considering the price point. My previous backpack was a Samsonite Openroad, and that is my basis for comparison. Their shoulder straps are far more cushioned and comfortable. I would rate this a 5 star product if it weren’t for the straps.

So comfortable to wear

This backpack has it all. Style, organization, comfort, great details. It also has a lot of space, but there might be too many organizational pockets that limit how the space can be used. There's enough space to hold everything I need for the day, but because of the layout, everything doesn't quite fit. I carry a lot of stuff, though, so this probably won't be a problem for most. Get. This. Bag!
