Do you customize?
Currently, product customization is not available for items listed on our website. Our products are finalized in terms of color, design, and make unless otherwise specified.
However, we do offer personalized engraving services for most of our bags and accessories. To engrave a single product, please click "Add Personalization" on the product page. For custom engraving requests or bulk orders, feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance.

Maverick & Co. is rooted in Hong Kong, where our design process begins. To ensure meticulous attention to detail and ethical production standards, our manufacturing center is located in China. This proximity allows us to closely oversee the entire production chain, guaranteeing that each product is crafted with precision and integrity.
I have entered a wrong shipping information, what should I do?
If you need to change anything about your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make any changes. Please also note that changes could possibly lead to certain shipping delay.
How can I track my package’s location and status?
You can easily track your package once it has been shipped. You will receive an email with tracking number after the shipment leaves the warehouse. If you need any precise update about your package, it will be the best to call the courier directly.
I have entered the correct tracking information, why I still can’t track my package?
We send email with tracking link and number only after confirming the shipment has left the warehouse. It might take some time for the express couriers to recognize the shipment and upload the relevant information to the database. If you are still unable to track the shipment after certain time, contact us and we are happy to help.
Why my package is delayed?
We promise to ship out every order in a timely manner. In some occasions, public holidays could lead to slight delays. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO?

If you change your mind for any reason, you may return the items within 30-days of purchase provided that they are unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with the original packaging. For returns initiated due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. You can either choose your preferred courier service or opt to purchase a return label from us for added convenience.
While we maintain a high standard of product quality, unforeseen issues can occur. In the event of receiving a defective product or an incorrect order, please return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, which includes the shipping costs.
Please note that personalized items are ineligible for returns or exchanges. We strive to provide a transparent and customer-centric return policy to ensure a satisfactory experience for all our valued customers.

How long do I have to make a return?
You have 30 days to make a return, starting from the date of receiving the item(s).
Do I need to pay for the return?
Our return process is designed to be hassle-free. If your order, unused and in its original packaging, is returned within 30 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded. Please note that additional expenses such as taxes, customs, duties, and post-purchase shipping costs will not be refunded.
For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. You have the option to select your preferred courier service or purchase a return label from us for your convenience.
Can I return a product that has been personalized?
Unfortunately, personalized items are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
How long does it take to proceed a return?
Upon receiving the return request from the return portal, it typically takes around 3 business days for approval and further instructions to be provided.
After receiving your return parcel, our logistics warehouse requires approximately 3-5 business days to handle and process the return. Once processed, credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your statement.
How will I receive the refund?
Refunds will be sent to the original purchaser’s method of payment or a gift card (store credits) will be sent out to your registered email.
12-Month Warranty Policy
What is covered by the warranty?
We are proud of our products, materials, and craftsmanship. All Maverick & Co. Products are covered by warranty which guarantees them against manufacturer’s defect under responsible use. This warranty only covers products purchased directly from Maverick & Co’s official website.
What is not covered by the warranty?
- Products sold by any third party vendor, retailer, store or website that is not Maverick & Co. are not covered.
- Products sold under clearance sales are not covered.
- Any situations below that are not classified as manufacturing defects:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme environment
- Damage occurs from improper usage or maintenance
- Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, or other abnormal uses
- Use of product other than for its intended purpose
- Washing or cleaning
- Improper or unauthorized repair
How long is the warranty period?
Our products are covered by a 12-month warranty, starting from the day of purchase. It is effective on all covered products purchased from 1st January 2021 onwards. Orders placed prior to this date are not covered.
What should I do to make the claim?
To start a claim, kindly input your order number and purchase email in our warranty center. Please be aware that the warranty excludes damages resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear such as scratches, stains, or tears, improper maintenance, or exposure to harsh conditions.
