Bag was damaged. Leather on side had a crack & when i showed to customer service, they said it is minor leather wear & tear. Avoid. Use some other brand if you are already paying a premium price.

This is my second backpack from Maverick and one of many products I've bought. Like the other bags and accessories I've bought, this is very well made and well designed. It doesn't look bulky but it contains a lot of space. I can fit my laptop, ipad, a pair of shoes, etc and without it bulking out. It's also very light. I actually bought one for my partner and loved it so much I bought one for myself.

The slip pocket is very good and I am very satisfied; the quality of the bag exceeds my expectations.

After nearly 11 months of use, and generally favorable of the bag. However, one of the connector loops for the shoulder strap suddenly broke and upon closer inspection was not really well made. I was happy that the company honored a 12-month warranty, but honestly, I would assume that for a premium bag not only would the warranty be longer but the replacement process would be much cleaner. They required me to ship the bag first before they would replace. This is obviously problematic for a work bag that I use daily and will have nothing in the interim. Furthermore, they expected me to maintain the original box that it was shipped in to be able to ship back to them, which after 11 months is obviously an unrealistic expectation. The responses I received from their customer service were inconsistent and unhelpful. Overall, this process has left me feeling like this company is just a facade drop shipped bag maker and you may want to consider other premium options.

This is a high quality, well thought out and beautifully designed briefcase. Plenty of space inside for a laptop, notebooks and chargers. Have to say, whomever designed and this bag needs recognising for their great skill. Very well made from the leather, to the stitching and on. Perhaps I am shallow, but this gives me a confidence boost.

When I bought this organiser, I wasn't sure if all my wires, adaptors and small electronic bits would fit. It turned out to be roomier than I expected. The internal compartments are very helpful in dividing my otherwise messy collection of small electronic bits. The outside look is elegant, and the leather feels very nice.

Buying this bag over the internet without being able to feel the product or see the size was a bit awkward, but I took a leap of faith. This bag didn't disappoint. The size is ideal for someone like me who carries a laptop, my notebook, a few documents, and my small electronics around. I would recommend this bag for a similar business user. It has been a few weeks since I purchased it, so I cannot yet judge its durability. However, the look and feel of the bag is excellent.
