Our Relationship with Shopify
Shopify hosts the Services and processes personal information to provide and improve the Services. Some enhanced features may rely on Shopify’s use of information from your interactions with our store and other merchants. In those cases, Shopify is responsible for that processing and for responding to requests to exercise your rights regarding Shopify’s use. To learn more about Shopify’s privacy practices and your choices, see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and the Shopify Privacy Portal.

Hotjar
We use Hotjar to better understand user behavior and improve the experience. Hotjar uses cookies and similar technologies to collect device information (e.g., IP address processed during your session and stored in de‑identified form), device type/screen size, browser info, country location, preferred language, and on‑site interactions. Hotjar stores this on our behalf in a pseudonymized profile and is contractually prohibited from selling the data. Learn more at Hotjar’s help center: About Hotjar.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method is 100% secure, and transmissions may not be secure in transit. Do not use unsecure channels to send sensitive information.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, manage our business, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Automated Decision‑Making
We do not engage in fully automated decision‑making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you. Shopify may use limited automated tools to help prevent fraud (e.g., temporary denylisting of IP addresses or payment cards associated with suspicious activity).
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have some or all of the following rights, subject to legal limitations:
- Access/Know the personal information we hold about you.
- Delete personal information we maintain about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Portability to obtain a copy and request transfer to another service (where feasible).

If you reside in the UK or EEA
- Object to or restrict processing for certain purposes.
- Withdraw consent where we rely on consent. This will not affect prior processing.
You can exercise rights where indicated on the Services or by contacting us (see “Contact”). We may need to verify your identity and, where permitted, you may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
