While we use a MacBook for laptop sizing demonstrations, every brand and model has unique dimensions. We recommend comparing these measurements with your device's actual dimensions. If you require additional assistance, our friendly team is always available to help with any sizing queries you may have.​​

We primarily operate online across most regions to uphold our premium quality standards without added markups.

At Maverick & Co., we take pride in our eco-conscious packaging practices. Every product is elegantly enclosed in a dust bag and presented in a sustainable packaging box crafted from recycled materials. Additionally, each package includes a branded greeting card for your personal touch. While we do not provide premium gift-wrapping services, rest assured that your purchase will arrive beautifully packaged and ready to impress.​

Currently, product customization is not available for items listed on our website. Our products are finalized in terms of color, design, and make unless otherwise specified.​

However, we do offer personalized engraving services for most of our bags and accessories. To engrave a single product, please click "Add Personalization" on the product page. For custom engraving requests or bulk orders, feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance.​

To preserve the quality of your leather items, we recommend regular care and maintenance. Use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe away dust and dirt. Apply a leather conditioner periodically to keep the leather supple and moisturized. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture to maintain the leather's luster and longevity.

Shipping is typically arranged within 1 business day post-purchase. However, very occasionally, it may take 1-3 business days due to public holidays. Taxes and duties are generally covered in most regions, and precise shipping costs will be detailed during the checkout process.​

For international orders, please bear in mind that customs procedures can vary, potentially impacting delivery times. To find the estimated shipping duration to your country, please refer to the table below.​

Please be advised that orders requiring personalization services will incur an additional processing time of 5-7 business days.​

We cover customs fees in most countries, but this may vary depending on your country's regulations. To determine the shipping cost, including any tax fees, and estimate the delivery time, simply add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout. There, you can input your shipping details to calculate the total cost and view the estimated shipping duration before actually paying for your order.​​

Maverick & Co. is rooted in Hong Kong, where our design process begins. To ensure meticulous attention to detail and ethical production standards, our manufacturing center is located in China. This proximity allows us to closely oversee the entire production chain, guaranteeing that each product is crafted with precision and integrity.​

If you need to change anything about your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make any changes. Please also note that changes could possibly lead to certain shipping delay.

You can easily track your package once it has been shipped. You will receive an email with tracking number after the shipment leaves the warehouse. If you need any precise update about your package, it will be the best to call the courier directly.

We send email with tracking link and number only after confirming the shipment has left the warehouse. It might take some time for the express couriers to recognize the shipment and upload the relevant information to the database. If you are still unable to track the shipment after certain time, contact us and we are happy to help.

We promise to ship out every order in a timely manner. In some occasions, public holidays could lead to slight delays. Unfortunately, our courier is not able to deliver to these addresses.

Shipping is typically arranged within 1 business day post-purchase. However, very occasionally, it may take 1-3 business days due to public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirming the shipping details. Simply use the tracking link provided in the email to monitor the current status of your parcel.​

Please be aware that for all international orders, the shipment will undergo destination Customs procedures. Occasionally, the Customs clearance process may lead to delays in the expected shipping timeframe. It is important to note that we have no control over the Customs process and cannot prevent any potential delays.​

If you have just received the confirmation email, no worries, the parcel is still on its way. The tracking link may not be functioning due to potential delays in updating the system. We recommend allowing some time for the tracking information to synchronize properly. If the issue persists, please contact us for further assistance.

Shipping is typically processed within 1 business day post-purchase. However, very occasionally, it may take 1-3 business days due to public holidays.

We accept payments in multiple currencies through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, iDeal, Klarna and Venmo.

If you need to change anything about your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we might not be able to make any changes.

Normally, a confirmation email will be sent right after you pay your order successfully. Please ensure a correct email address is entered and double check the spam box. Contact us if you cannot receive any confirmation.

We value our customers’ privacy just as much as you do. Transaction information and your credit card details will be encrypted, and nothing can be examined, used or modified by third parties.

If you change your mind for any reason, you may return the items within 30-days of purchase provided that they are unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with the original packaging. For returns initiated due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. You can either choose your preferred courier service or opt to purchase a return label from us for added convenience.

While we maintain a high standard of product quality, unforeseen issues can occur. In the event of receiving a defective product or an incorrect order, please return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, which includes the shipping costs.

Please note that personalized items are ineligible for returns or exchanges. We strive to provide a transparent and customer-centric return policy to ensure a satisfactory experience for all our valued customers.

You can initiate a return within 30-days of purchase for items that are unworn, unwashed, or unused, and still in their original packaging.

To kickstart the return process, carefully follow the step-by-step guide on product handling and submit a return request through our user-friendly return portal. You can also shoot us an email at support@maverickandco.co. Our staff will get back to you within 1-2 working days.

Once Maverick & Co. receives and approves your returned item(s), we will promptly refund the purchase price to you. Please note that additional charges such as taxes, customs, duties, and shipping costs incurred after the initial purchase on www.maverickandco.co are non-refundable.

You have 30 days to make a return, starting from the date of receiving the item(s).

Our return process is designed to be hassle-free. If your order, unused and in its original packaging, is returned within 30 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded. Please note that additional expenses such as taxes, customs, duties, and post-purchase shipping costs will not be refunded.

For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. You have the option to select your preferred courier service or purchase a return label from us for your convenience.

Unfortunately, personalized items are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Upon receiving the return request from the return portal, it typically takes around 3 business days for approval and further instructions to be provided.

After receiving your return parcel, our logistics warehouse requires approximately 3-5 business days to handle and process the return. Once processed, credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your statement.

Refunds will be sent to the original purchaser’s method of payment or a gift card (store credits) will be sent out to your registered email.

We are proud of our products, materials, and craftsmanship. All Maverick & Co. Products are covered by warranty which guarantees them against manufacturer’s defect under responsible use. This warranty only covers products purchased directly from Maverick & Co’s official website.

• Products sold by any third party vendor, retailer, store or website that is not Maverick & Co. are not covered.
• Products sold under clearance sales are not covered.
• Any situations below that are not classified as manufacturing defects:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme environment
• Damage occurs from improper usage or maintenance
• Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, or other abnormal uses
• Use of product other than for its intended purpose
• Washing or cleaning
• Improper or unauthorized repair

Our products are covered by a 12-month warranty, starting from the day of purchase. It is effective on all covered products purchased from 1st January 2021 onwards. Orders placed prior to this date are not covered.

To start a claim, kindly input your order number and purchase email in our warranty center. Please be aware that the warranty excludes damages resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear such as scratches, stains, or tears, improper maintenance, or exposure to harsh conditions.
